At SMEG, we stand by the iconic design and quality of our Italian-crafted appliances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the appliance in its original SMEG branded box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
